Adam Coleman our CEO challenges the norms and seeks out experts to help him make things better. Adam believes Culture eats strategy for breakfast, he has lots of experience working with progressive Companies and he is “smart as he knows what he does not know!” Socrates is his hero (not talking about one Brazilian footballer). It has been his vision to develop that Interventions Group into a multi-jurisdiction HR Product Company that offers products backed by a professional suite of HR support services. Prior to forming the Company Adam was Head of HR for O2’s UK Sales & Marketing/Commercial effort which steered BT Cellnet to becoming O2 UK. Adam was one of the start up team that brought Esat Digifone from start up to taking 43% of the Irish mobile market within 3 years. Oh yeah Digifone was acquired by BT/O2 for a lot of money but not until Adam helped to create a fabulous culture. A member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and a Graduate of University College Dublin Adam is a keen surfer (waves & web) & an avid Southampton supporter “Come on you Saints!”
Jennifer Dempsey our HR Director, otherwise known as “Jen” brings a sense of equilibrium to our Company. Jen gets the best out of people and takes a light touch HR approach that allows people to innovate. Jen is particularly passionate about working with people with disabilities, making sure that they realise their potential. Prior to working with the Group Jen set up the Irish Overseas Aid division of the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs and worked in a HR Professional role in Card Services, CSK Software, Symantec Corporation and Rand McNally.
With a Masters in Business from the Smurfit School of Business Jen is passionate about equality and diversity and enjoys foreign travel, a mention of a trip and she has her passport in hand “What customer am I visiting and what jurisdiction are they in?” with Customers in over 30 jurisdictions we can keep Jen satisfied. Jen is still waiting for our first client in the Bahamas!
Philip Kelly our Operations Manager provides all the blue energy (Attention to detail) we need to keep us on the straight and narrow. Philip has been instrumental in setting up and managing our training brokerage and financial control systems.Prior to working at The Interventions Group Philip worked with Symantec Corporation, RCI and O2 Ireland/Digifone. He is a great one for bringing treats for everyone to our offices and his support to the processes and the people in our business is second to none. Philip a Graduate of University of Limerick can be found on most Friday evenings singing his heart out at Thomond Park a fanatical Munster Rugby fan, “Munster! Munster! Munster!
Crystel Robbins Rynne our Project & Network Manager “The Innovator “provides us with a sense of style” actually the only one with taste in our Company! Crystel provides us a link to generation Y “she definitely understands them better than we do!” Crystel has driven our innovation through our concepts such as Execpass and the provision of high class HR professional services and support though psychometric profiling and management development programmes. Prior to joining The Group Crystel worked in International Profiling in ICTS and has Degree in Psychology.
Crystel a Psychology Graduate of the University of Limerick kicks back by baking and selling novelty cakes “as if we don’t provide her a creative enough forum to work in?” Crystel South African born has a great grasp of the Irish language, call her up and get her to say “Oíche Samhain”!!!
Tracey Birt our Brokerage Co-ordinator, does not like titles sees herself as the grafter of the Company. If you want the I’s dotted and T’s crossed Tracey is the one. Tracey has a passion for learning and development and ensuring people have all the information to ensure they get the certification that they have achieved.
Tracey began her career in the hospitality industry and qualified as an Estate Agent but now follows her real passion in the area of training & development. Tracey is the vegetarian among us! But she also cooks a mean lamb shank for her friends. Tracey’s passion for food and the finer things in life like makes our office a better place to be.
